With bespoke designs we don't not offer refunds or returns. However if the product is faulty we will rectify and replace as soon as possible.
What are the Delivery Costs?
We use Royal Mail, there are options to select tracked delivery if you'd like.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Usually we turn around an order between 7 and 10 working days.
